We invite you to join the pilot, completely free practical program for social and business innovations – "The Young Leaders of Veliko Tarnovo". It is created specifically for young people between the ages of 18 and 25 who are eager to develop their leadership potential, work hand in hand with local businesses, and leave a positive mark on the region.
What is the program about?
This is a highly engaging, fully practical 4-month experience. Throughout the program, you will enjoy:
3 intensive training sessions and 3 large-scale events to supercharge your presentation, leadership, and innovative thinking skills.
Inspiring meetings with successful professionals from the fields of business, economics, and management.
Real teamwork on an exciting project: You will enter a local company or institution as part of a small, motivated youth team. Together, you will develop an innovative solution for a specific department, exchange ideas, and practice true leadership in action.
What do you gain by applying?
Real business experience with great peace of mind: You will visit the chosen organization (in person or online) for a minimum of 6 hours per month. The rest of the time is yours to manage with maximum flexibility while working with your team.
Double mentorship for your team: You will feel fully supported every step of the way. Inside the company, a personal guide (a "Buddy") will introduce you to all processes and lead you toward success. In addition, a mentor from the foundation will follow your progress, cheer you on, and guide you through the entire training and development journey.
A vibrant community and networking: You will connect with other active young people, share ideas, and build valuable relationships with leading managers in the region.
The Grand Finale: At the final event, "Succeed Together", your team will showcase your innovative strategy to businesses, media, and representatives of the Municipality of Veliko Tarnovo. Official leadership certificates, great awards, and high recognition for your hard work await you.
